    The owner ******* **** fights with customers. Claim he has cameras and acts tuff until a customer forces him to do work and ******* makes fake threats thats hes a cop and can keep people from working in ***** ! ******* needs to be scolded for his unlawful actions.

    Good afternoon,

    The complainant arrived at my business and advised he needed fingerprinting. Complainant provided  a form provided by his employer. An ** was requested from the complainant a he advised he didn't have one. Complainant was advised a photo ** would be needed in order to be processed. Complainant than stated he had a photo of it on his phone. and produced it. Complainant was advised a physical one would have to be provided. Complainant than became belligerent an started to raise his voice, demanding why this was the case. Complainant was asked to to lower his voice and told he needed to come back. The defendant then stated he came on a bicycle and didn't drive. After being advised a physical ** would have to be produced, the Complainant stated, I'm coming back and I'm going to show you in a threatening way several times. At this time I advised him not to bother to come back and to go somewhere else. Due to the irrational behavior and loud statements, I decided it would be best to not service this person. the person was very rude while yelling and causing a scene in front of other customers. A short time later the Complainant returned and shoved the ** through the window. I then told him he needed to leave before I called the police. After several minuets of ranting and me telling him to leave, the Complainant left.
