    I have identified certain transactions on my consumer report to be a result of identity theft. I confirm that I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report.     I am deeply concerned about the unauthorized sharing of my nonpublic information with the credit bureaus, leading to inaccuracies on my credit report. This breach has caused immense financial and emotional distress. As per 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy, and under 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. Additionally, 15 USC **** B prohibits treating any payment on a credit card account as late under an open-end consumer credit plan. My account number is **********. I urgently request resolution and correction of this issue.

    I am having a difficult time getting in touch with the billing department for the University of Miami ****************************** The number they have listed on my itemized bill is ************. When my insurance tries to call that number, no one is aware of a billing department that exists. I called in and they said they have no record of me in their system. I am unable to obtain a corrected list of diagnostic codes for my insurance. This has been ongoing since September.

    I had a class this semester and am military. Not only did the school take months to file my paperwork for repayment after they forced me to pay out of pcket, they also made me pay the $750 that they get paid directly. Its been months and no one can tell me when Ill get my $750 that I am owed. *** tried making out reach and yet again am in a situation in which no one will respond.
