    I hired Moveo for my wedding transportation and everything that could have gone wrong did. I was contracted for mini shuttles, however old giant coach buses showed up to pick up my guests. The buses parked down the street from the hotel and refused to get closer, making my guests walk to them. The buses also dropped off my guests on the side of a very busy road with no sidewalk instead of taking them to the front door of the venue. When the wedding was over the bus taking my guests back to the hotel got 2 flat tires. Moveo ruined the experience and made it very difficult for some of our older guests with mobility issues. I would never recommend them and I regret hiring them. When I reached out Moveo to explain what happened and ask for a partial refund, they were completely rude, dismissed all of my concerns and refused to even discuss a partial refund. Do not use this service. Use any other transportation company who wouldnt mess up something as simple as putting people on a bus and taking them to a location.
