    ********* business practice. They now have a good deal of my personal information and I had to get new credit card as a result. This is not a service to renew passports as I mistakenly thought. Instead it is a scam to get your personal information. *****!

    This is a scam and very misleading! The fact that it comes up first in a ****** search let's me know that they're getting a lot of victims. Thought I was completing application to renew my passport, only to find out it was just assisting to fill in the information. Personal information at that. I can't believe that I fell for this!

    Scam. Criminals and they will steal your identity. Immediately file for a stolen passport and lock your credit if you have given them your informarion.

    Easy Form Filler is a scam that makes the consumer think they are a true passport agency. Charged $65 to get all my personal information. They need to be shut down.

    This is a scam. Im angry (also at myself for not being more careful). It came up first using Safari. The ******** website should have come up first. I will be letting Safari know and will not use Safari again. All whove been scammed, please complain to Safari also.

    TOTAL SCAM!!! I mistakenly went to this site to renew my passport. I entered all my information, paid the fee, and then I received the form to download. I immediately requested a refund and contacted my credit card company. I was told it was being escalated to a manager to which I responded I was reporting them to the BBB and my local police department for potential identity fraud. I received a refund in approximately 30 minutes. I too am concerned w/my information being out there and them selling it to the dark web. I am upset that I wasn't paying attention.

    I mistakenly thought I was on the government's website as well! Total SCAM!!! I am terrified. I have frozen my credit, cancelled my debit card and do not know what else to do. This should be illegal!

    Went on internet to search for an online passport application when easyform filler was first to pop up so I entered my information and they asked for my credit card information along with a 20 dollar insurance protection. I thought I was starting the process to get my passport when I received a message saying that check my email, when I checked my email it was directions how to apply for a passport. I want my ***** back . Please do not use this company its a complete scam.
