      *************** has been our Property Management for 28 years. ***** Management has been also Managing other Condos in our Association while she manages ours and her and the Maintenance Man **** have been doing extra work on our *** times and I dont believe ***** Mangement has their real estate license or brokers license to be a Property Mangement. I have several videos of Gutters not being fixed, And I hear also she rents out Condos without leashes! She has put our *** more Rentals than 20% its more like Rentals for her to make more money than taken care of us! She has lied, cheated us out of money saying we have an ***************** doing Special Assessments and keeping the money! I would like to know if what she is doing is legal and I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH **** ON PROPERTY!

      How many units inside of ************** One are you managing? How many LLC's do you and the Maintence Man, ****, have in your personal name and are renting on Property of ************** One? Over the last 2 years the influx of rentals were under M & M Management, Now there are 8 units in my building and only 3 are homeowners! So 70% of our homeowners has turn to rentals because of you and ****! AND!these rentals are NO WHERE BACK GROUND CHECK!How do I know, when your neighbor from another country ask to buy your car because they moved from another country and CANT BUY A CAR BUT YOU APPROVED THEN FOR A RENTAL? AND **** has threating me along with all the rental friends he talks bad about me and they damage my car etc and you do nothing! **** I DO NOT WANT HIM ON PROPERTY!! I will download the video where he blocks me in my car!  All you've ever done here is more rentals for you and **** for your own greed!!

      I have Power of Attorney to handle the repairs and leasing for several units within Wimbledon.  For 26 years this owner has harassed every maintenance man and vendor that has ever worked there including **** who continues to do repairs for the units I handle.  No further information is necessary.

      I have a Proper Management license and managed ************** (a condominium) for 26 years and have recently retired.  I do have power of attorney to still handle the upkeep and leasing of several unit still within the community and there has never been a conflict of interest.  No units are rented without a lease.  I have never cheated the association out of money and I have definitely never kept Special Assessment funds.  The association is audited every year and I have a bond for $500,000.  It is very upsetting to have someone complain after the many years of service I gave to that association.  Unfortunately, her mental stability has been an ongoing issue and has been a challenge to deal with the whole time I was managing.  I only wish her the best.

      This is the Maintenance Man, ****! I am sitting in my car, he blocks my car with his golf cart. Hes mad because I walked up on his golf cart while I was sagging down the sidewalk.
