    I entered the store on February 25, 2024 to purchase a new phone because I had lost my old phone. The owner of the store sold me a new I-phone 12 for $500 on the premise that I would be able to switch my plan to a $25 per month plan with unlimited talk, text, and 30gb of data. He told me to return to the store three weeks later to complete the plan switch over.When I returned to the store on March 20, 2024 - he took my phone, my account PIN, my phone unlock code, and brought my phone into his back room for 25 minutes so he could "switch it over."After 25 minutes, his associate came out to tell me that they could not switch my plan. When I asked why not, she said she did not know. She then proceeded to tell me that they had cancelled my auto-debit and my new payment would be $35 per month - an INCREASE in my monthly cost, rather than the promised decrease.When I returned home, I called customer service with ********************, who informed me I was not eligible for a plan switch.In summation, the store owner intentionally lied to me to sell me a phone I would not have otherwise bought under completely and knowingly false pretenses.

    We did not lie to the customer about switching the plan, we tried to switch it but it was an issue with our IT department and our customer mentioned that he spoke to ****************** and they informed that his account is not eligible to get that plan which right because customer service cannot change his plan, its the store responsibility to change it for him.
    I am willing to resolve his issue and switch it his plan to 25 as we promised and credit him back for any extra charges.
