    On May 3, 2024, I went to Techy Clermont to have my apple watch screen repaired. I spoke to a female employee who stated the repair could be done within 3 days. She then stated that either half or the whole price would need to be paid before the repair could be done. I chose to pay half the price before any repair was done. After those three days ended, I called the location and asked if the repair was done, and I was told it was not complete. On this same phone call, the female employee stated the repair would be done for certain the following week. I stated to the employee that this was ok.On the end of the following week, I went into the location attempting to recover my watch and was told that the repair was not done. After being told multiple excuses for why, I firmly stated to the employee that I would give them another week and if the repair is not done then they will give me my property back, as well as the money I gave for the repair to be complete. Ever since that last interaction, the company will not answer the phone and even has the store location closed. I've made countless attempts to the store location and each time it's been closed. Even closed during early afternoon hours. This company is attempting to scam **** eventually got in touch with the "corporate office" in ***************, ** and gave this same information to a male employee. I spoke with an employee named ******* who seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. After speaking to him, he stated he would try to get in touch with the manager at this location. ******* called me back the same day and stated he does not know how to get in touch with the manager there but that he would follow up with me. A few days later I called *********************** and he seemed to have no concern in the matter. This company has no desire to return my property or money and I'm not sure what else to do.
