    ******* has been my communitys management company for the past three years. Prior to hiring ***, our neighborhood had been neglected by the *** for nearly five years. *****, our property manager, was originally hired by the previous board, which unfortunately did little to improve the community.What many residents dont realize is that a property manager works at the direction of the *** board and cannot take action without the boards authorization. To make progress, you need both an active, engaged board and a knowledgeable property manager.Since the election of the new board three years ago, ******* has worked diligently alongside us to bring about meaningful improvements. Together, we successfully finalized a construction defect lawsuit that had been pending since 2020. With the settlement funds, we were able to:Replace all community roofs Repair and replace cracking stucco on each home Repaint the homes Trim all trees throughout the property While there is still more work ahead, we are proud to say thatwithout raising dues over the past three yearswe now have the funds to address long-neglected issues and invest in additional improvements for our ************ addition, the online portal provided by ******* is very user-friendly, giving residents full access to important documents, including bids for upcoming projects. ***** has also been an invaluable resourcealways available to answer questions and providing balanced, unbiased guidance by outlining both the pros and cons of every decision.

    Im writing on my Condo on ********************** on **************** at ***************, The **** role is to protect residents, not intimidate them or make them feel unwelcome in their own homes. Unfortunately, after raising a valid concern about a board members inappropriate conduct toward my elderly relatives, I received legal threats instead of open communication.Many elderly residents are afraid to speak up, fearing retaliation from ********* members. Now, Randyresponding on behalf of TPS Managementjustifies this behavior as normal and suggests that Im simply misinterpreting it. That is *************** family is protected under Section 7 of the community bylaws as permitted visitors. Escalating this to legal action without cause is not only retaliatory, but a clear abuse of HOA and management ************ violations have been made, but they may attempt to fabricate an excuse to create one in order to continue their intimidation. This harassment persists despite the lack of legal basis. I will update this review if they continue to attempt to intimidate or manipulate, when there is no violation on my part or my familys.A formal complaint has been filed with *** and may be shared with other appropriate consumer protection agencies that take these types of abusive and discriminatory practices seriously.Such conduct must cease immediately and will not be tolerated.
