    On January 5, 2023, my mother, *************************, went to Connect Hearing, to have her hearing aids cleaned. During her visit, she was informed by the representative that her current hearing aids were outdated, and that the warranty would expire in 9 months. As a result, she was advised to purchase a new model. Additionally, she was assured that she had a 45 day window to return the new pair and retrieve her old ones if she was unsatisfied with the purchase. However, when she asked for her old pair back, she was told that they were not available. In addition, she went with a neighbor who witnessed this audio representative, speaking in a manner and tone that, as an Army veteran, even scared her. As a result of no longer having access to her original hearing aids, she was forced to live with the so-called new ones. Fast forward, I then accompanied my mother back to Connect Hearing to request the documentation of her old and new hearing aids, which we then took to a second opinion, only to discover while the so-called new hearing aids were of a new model, they actually performed significantly worse than her previous ones. The audio ability went down from an audio level 50 to an audio level 30. (see enclosed supporting doc). This drastic decrease in performance, not only undermines the justification for the purchase of the new hearing aids, but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of this establishment. Upon returning for reimbursement, we were screamed at and told to GET OUT! This outrageous behavior was recorded with his knowledge. We hope that BBB can address these concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner and or advise us on what legal actions, or channels we can take to escalate this matter relevant to consumer protection affairs.

    Purchased pair of hearing aids that didn't perform all features promised.When in the buying process proprietor was "****************" when trying to return the aids he turned into "***********".He was familiar with the issue but said he would do nothing.
