We offered you several options among one of them to lower the frequency of cleaning for $ 195 to which you declined unfortunately you signed a contract where we clearly explain the process if you want to cancel however you did not follow any of these steps and therefore, we are exercising our right (by contract) to demand payment for the services provided and for the rest of the contract.
Financial hardship can affect businesses and cutting expenses might seem like the best option, however, canceling our service at the moment is not advised since the contract is still active until 08/24/2023 and you would have to pay the remaining months on it. What we can do in order to help you alleviate the situation is to reduce the frequency of the service which will bring the cost down. We can do 2 times per month or one time per month depending on your new needs.
