              Signed a listing agreement with this company to sell my home on Nov 5, 2021. After several weeks of little activity in the way of showings, underperformance, lack of marketing plans, refusal to do open houses and more, I sent a written request for a termination of the agreement. Their initial response was to not allow me to terminate the agreement. After several emails, the broker finally offered terms for a conditional withdrawal. I asked to receive that amendment for my approval and it was never sent. I feel that they are holding my home hostage and forcing me to do business with them against my will. I am 67 years of age and also feel that they are also taking advantage by exploiting me. The only fair resolution at this point is to have them completely terminate this contract unconditionally and without any cost, penalty or liability to me.
