    Hired ******** to power wash and seal pavers on back patio..He gave me a price $1100 He came last week..3 days ..a week between days..After three days he made two holes in my screen ..took paint off walls with pressure washer..and left an awful mess ..He wanted more money..another $100..I didn't give it.I am very upset I paid him half already but told him not to come back.He's made so much damage already.I have to hire someone else to continue job.Screen needs repair..He kept saying he needed more material ..it was going to be more work..more money .after he already saw the job and gave price.

The driveway was pressure washed and cracks were partially sealed. A deposit of $4750 was required and paid on 09/18/23.09/22/23 ************** started to paint the driveway. Upon him starting to paint the driveway we advised him that the original driveway was not painted, but stained. ************** was advised that we did not want the driveway to be painted as we wanted to stay with the original stained concrete appearance.A stain color was then chosen and approved. ************** proceeded to remove the small portion of the driveway that had been painted. As of 10/8/23 ************** still had not removed the paint. Many excuses ensued day after day. He would state that he was coming and would not show up.On 10/17/23, he again did not show up. ************** stated that he would put a $2500 check in the mail the week of 10/17/23. I responded back to him that I would come by his office to pick up the check instead. At that point ************** has blocked all calls and text messages. He has stopped all communications.At this point I am requesting a total refund of $4750 due to ************** damaging the newly installed curbing with paint after he was advised to please tape off the curbing to ensure the would be no paint transfer . He also splashed paint all over the newly installed decorative stone when removing paint from driveway. He did not take any measures to protect the surroundings. The driveway was left with paint remnants and painted stain samples. The driveway has been left in worse condition than the original state upon him starting. Please note that there is no record on file that this business has a license to do business in the ****************. Clean and Seal of The Treasure Coast does not exist as a licensed business in *******. It appears that ************** is operating this business under the license of ************************* of **/30/23, I have not heard anything from ************** and he has made no attempts to rectify this matter.

    In response to the complain filed against my company I have included two invoices that the customer agreed to . The worked was started with the intend to wash and paint the driveway a colored that the customer choose after several tried to accommodate trying both stains and paint color she chose Elephant Ear Colored from ******************************* Paint . The driveway was washed and get dried before several samples  were applied . Once the customer picked Elephant Ear Color it was applied to the driveway about a 1/4 of the driveway was painting on the first day . The customer them informed she did not like the paint she picked and then decided she wanted to stain the driveway and the paint would have to be removed . A revised estimate was sent and agreed on and the stripping took 4 days to complete . Paint Cost $1300 . Stripping Cost $1500 , Driveway Wash  $500 , Crack Fill $150 , Numerous Gallon Samples of Paint and Stain Colors $300 , 25 Hours of Labor at $30 per hour total $750 , Total of $4500 at this point the deposit that was given of $4500 is exhausted . I feel my company made every effort to satisfied the customer and the complain has no merit and is unfair . My company only has 5 star rating on ****** and does every thing to make the customer happy .
