              Have been trying to get in touch with them to pay my monthly bills but there's never anybody available to talk on the phone I always leave my number for them to call me back and never receive a phone call while there sending me letters threatening to send my account to a collection agency

              NWFCH's prices for services are often TWICE the national and regional average. While they offer adequate services their billing practices are gouging the community. When called out on it they readily cut their prices by 40% or more but are very snippy about doing so. This proves to me that they are over billing intentionally and will reduce the prices significantly if challenged.
