    I contacted this company thru Yelp add to get a quote on an iron filter. ***** ****** contacted me with a quote of $2990. and then came back with a quote of $2690 without saying anything about it being a different package, I accepted and did not realize this until after it was installed in Jan 2024. I contacted him about this and he is not willing to do anything about it. I have been trying to get a manual on this unit since Jan. with no results. The dryer pack has broken and he will not answer any of my communications . The contract calls for a 5 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. I am a 74 year old reputable real estate broker with ***** and I believe this is a bait and switch company. Unless this is rectified the next step would be to consult with an elder law attorney.

    If your read the contract we discounted this to close to cost . To help this 74 year old . Now contacted bbb to cause trouble is why people don't give special deals because people what something for nothing. We even installed the next couple days to help him . He even promise to give us bussiness if we help him which was another lie. I  recommend any other company not to do bussiness with him . Our retail price was 3995.00

    I am rejecting this response because: He is a liar and everything he  said is not true. He is a con artist and proof of this is product is under warranty and he is doing nothing to replace the parts or furnish me with a manual on the operation of this product since January. He did not give me the upgraded product that I negotiated on and I have proof in texts.
