I hired Florida clean roof to soft wash & seal my driveway, sidewalk ( all the pavers around my hm) & the roof based on their advertising of a 5 yr warranty. The sales rep came out to my hm I asked him about the 5 yr warranty & he said " Yes if ever u hv any issue just call us & we will be rt over to take care of it & U never hv to worry we stand behind our warranty" I rec'd an emailed estimate for $4200 from him. He told me they apply a very expensive product called seal it sealant. They said my landscaping would be protected since they apply a product that fertilizes it & they charged me for the product in my estimate. Their guys came out on Sept 9th & 10th to do the job. I asked them several times to show me the sealer product but they said it was in the tank.They used the same tank of clear liquid in their truck to wash & seal the roof. I was told they would apply a separate product sealer for the roof & a different 1 for the pavers which was not done.When they were leaving They gave me some papers to sign & said it that the job was completed & the warranty. The 2 documents were The scope of work which was back dated for Sept 6th & given to me on Sept 10th & the 2nd was the warranty which was false advertising from the company. It was a 1 yr warranty & the fine print says 5 yr product warranty. These documents were never disclosed to me before the job or I would never hv hired them. They damaged my landscaping killed 4 bushes & a large sugar apple fruit tree. My driveway was never sealed & it has white patches everywhere from the excess bleach applied. They even washed away the polymeric sand.I reached out to the owner Karey who sent out Eric who confirmed the driveway was not sealed & notified the owner about the damaged landscape. He sprayed again an unlabeled sealer . The owner has lied in his emails & was verbally abusive. False advertising. Damaged my landscaping & ruined my driveway with white patches. Driveway & roof still not sealed. I hv pictures
