    Several years ago I hired Ducker thru Angie’s list, it was the worst experience ever. He never delivered drawings, wanted change orders for work clearly described in his written scope. I heard his name popping up again in the neighborhood where I live. Same old story that I went through. If you hired him through Angie list or home adviser file a complaint, most sites require their vendors agree to arbitration, I went to arbitration, won and got all my money back. Good luck if you use this guy.

    We started a job under Ducker construction as subcontractors. The job was for us to install tile, paint and some trim that was supposed to be all on site and install a custom vanity. That was clearly stated in our contract. We were told permits were involved so we were not to handle anything else other than what we were contracted to do. The job was supposed to be a three week job ended up being two months after all the terrible job management. We did get paid draws as we completed tasks. Then once we completed the job he refused to pay our final payment stating that we are trying to skate on the job. After our contract was fulfilled. Don't do work for this contractor. Read his reviews. He has no business doing construction or engineering.
