    1 star is too generous...*** completely misrepresented himself as a competent, caring and professional handyman....He didn't even check 2 our of 4 walls of a bathroom that he was hired to gut and remodel due to water damage. We are STILL having to hire others to complete his work. He repaired our subfloor, let a mess in our home all over our brand new leather furniture because he sanded the floors and never covered or told us what he was doing so WE could cover our property. He totally botched our luxury vinyly floor....It has been in place for just over 3 months and already needs to be torn up and redone.....He did NOT finish the work here that he was hired for...and the work he did do is completely flawed....Our vinyl floor is separated, sticking up and breaking.....*** brought his large dog into my home while he was working....without notifying me and without my permission. ....I have so much more information but it won't all fit on here.....If you would like more info...contact me on ******** messenger ***** J **** ******....

    I hired Pat to do some work around our place. He does excellent work and is very professional. He installed some lights and did some trim work in our kitchen. I will hire him again if I ever need work done around my place that I cannot do any more.
