Blue Solar Consulting kept texting me after an initial contact asking if I wanted to use their solar leads program. I finally started talking with them and they talked about fantastic results. I explained I was very nervous because of being ripped off so many times in the past. He told me he would guarantee me a full refund if I did not have success within 30 days. The 30 days ended and I did not make one copper *****. I asked for my refund and he said I would have it by Monday August 4th. He never paid it. Then, he said he would call me on Friday August 8th at 3:00 PM EST. He did not call. I have been leaving calls and texts with no response. He is obviously dodging me. Also, the CEO of Blue Solar Consulting called me asking me about the situation and he said he would make sure I got my money back. However, in later communication with the CEO, he backed out of this promise. He claimed it had nothing to do with him or his business and that it was one of his agents acting on his own. All I know if my bank statement shows the $4,000 was paid to Blue Solar Consulting. When I told the CEO this, he stated he had nothing to do with Blue Solar Consulting. I then searched on ****** Blue Solar Consulting and it shows this guy is the CEO. Anyway, the CEO is claiming he has nothing to do with Blue Solar Consulting. Yet, the website shows he is the CEO and my contract and payment shows Blue Solar Consulting. Also, the $4,000 was just the down payment. There was also advertising costs. They owe me $7,634. I have full documentation of the refund on the contract and in a text message. I am guessing there is no need to attach it because BBB is stating Blue Solar Consulting did not respond to their other two complaints. Buyer be ware

I entered into a contract with Blue Solar Consultants, which guaranteed specific results for services to be delivered. I paid $2500 for service and an additional $2500 in ad spending to boost my lead and appointment production, they guarantee a 50% increase in qualified appointments and closes. I had 1 qualified appointment from 10/19/2024 - 12/22/2024. They have not responded to multiple attempts at contacting them for resolution. When we had our initial conversation with *** we agreed that I would be able to screen ads prior to them being published. They did not get my approval for any ad they ran, they ads were also misleading and made false promises to potential clients ruining my credibility. I requested termination of services as well as a full refund which they still havn't responded to.
