We arrived at 2pm for an ingrown toenail, they did xrays and then said they could not do it , too late, then said they could and numbed my daughters toes, then told us we had to move " upstairs" to the "surgical center", that is where the issues start. The girl came in with a "required deposit to be paid or they will not start" this is after numbing her toes and moving us, never discussing a large fee to use this new room. We were told to pay ****** up front or she will not be treated, so we paid with a credit card, the fees were not explained, just 115 to the ** and 400 for the procedure. After it was done, we left and see the bills start. 11 for a kit of bandages, paid. 115 for the ** * paid up front. The 400 paid, no one can "see it" and explain where the deposit is or why it is being held. Then they bill 598 a toe for 2 procedures in the "surgical center" total of 1200, insurance discounted it 700, but still leaves us a bill for 600 for an ingrown toenail..... IF they were up front about the costs, we would have gone to the other location that does this all in the first room with no additional fees, ****** total. this is an unethical process of billing and not explaining the charges, if we had any indication that the 520 was not a "deposit to be returned" and was going to be held and 1200 addl billed, we would have walked out, numb toes and all. Avoid this place and use extreme caution, I would like the bill revised to a lower cost for the "surgical center portion, they collect 600 and the doctor gets 115 ??? the doctor was very good, I should have know when I asked him about billing, he quickly said " I do not handle billing" and changed the subject. If your going to charge fees, make them known in an ethical manner BEFORE you start any part of the procedure, not after numbing toes in a lower room and have costs into the job.

Had my ankle checked. Paid for a boot and the appointment. Now they say I did not pay for the appointment but you can't get out the door without stopping and paying. They do not give receipts. I am not.paying the bill again.

I had an ankle problem. I paid cash for my bill of ***** this included a a shot.for my ankle. At the end I bought a ankle brace with my credit card. They would not allow me to leave until I paid both bills. I wanted to pay cash for the whole thing but didn't have enough cash with me. They did not give me a receipt for either transaction. They keep sending letters but I will not be paying the bill again. Constant harassment.
