    Date of service Wednesday 11/23/22 The charge was $160 flea service Molter was not informative of the actions they take for the flea treatment. They told me if I dont do the inside treatment with my outside treatment it isnt guaranteed for 30 days. The inside treatment wasnt available the day the outside treatment was done. That being said the fleas shouldnt have been worse. They werent open for 5 days. I tried to text my monthly technician 11/24/22 he didnt respond until Sunday 11/27/22. There was no way to tell anyone my problem was worse than it was before they sprayed. It was so much worse my dogs couldnt be in the yard. Just walking in the yard your legs got completely covered in fleas. I have 3 children the youngest being 7 months. They were getting bit by fleas every time they would go outside. I was worried about my kids so I called another company to take care of the job that Molter failed at. I called a company called Orkin 11/25/22 to schedule. They came out 11/26/22. When calling Orkin 11/25/22 I stopped payment on a check I wrote to Molter due to their services not working and having to hirer someone else to do the job I was paying them for. When Molter opened up the lady that called me was rude not understanding and didnt care that my kids were getting bit by fleas ( my 6 year old was having an allergic reaction to the flea bites so to me it was an emergency). When I told her my concerns for my kids she got very sarcastic and rude and continued to threaten me with sending me to collections for $160 + $25 if my check bounced. They showed no effort to resolve the issue.

    ******* the same day you called for the emergency service on 11/23/22 we moved other clients to take care of your lawn the same day. We were closed for Thanksgiving on 11/24 and the day after 11/25 to spend time with our families and we are not open on the weekends. You did not give the product time to work and could have contacted us on our 24/7 website chat. We would have come back out and retreated if you were still having a problem, but you never gave us the opportunity unfortunately. You called for a service, and we came out immediately to help you out. ************** about our customers!

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Clients were not moved for me. I was told by the receptionist that I would be lucky if I even got a phone call back. The technician **** that came out said he had an opening so I was lucky to get in. No information was given by the technician on how long the product takes or an emergency email/online. If you cared about your customers you would inform them better. Due to me having to call someone else out Im asking that I only pay for the product used. How many days would it have taken? Saturday when the other company came out the fleas were still really bad. The lady with  ***** was surprised Saturday when I told her someone sprayed Wednesday. She responded it shouldnt be this bad if they sprayed. Im not asking to be fully compensated but I do feel that for your technicians lack of information and the fleas getting worse after your treatment, we should find some middle ground. I hired another company due to lack of information from  your company and  I didnt want to risk my kids getting a disease that fleas carry. Im sorry but I have a 7 month old, 6yr old, 8yr old Who where getting but by fleas. My 6yr is allergic to them and is sick so I read to have blood work done if fleas were involved. So what was it that I was expected to do without any information from  your company and not able to reach you?
