  They are liers, rude and incompetent. I will never recommend this company to anyone. These people are awful.

  This woman was belligerent, entitled,nasty & rude from the minute we started a contract with her. We gave a great price for how much she wanted done & we were always nice to her despite her nastiness. She was a customer of a gentleman that worked for us that passed away so we wanted to make sure she was well taken care of. She is very unprofessional. We told her we would honor the rest of her contract which is only a few more months & then we would not renew her warranty or do business with her ever again. I also have plenty of documented proof of her rudeness. She is entitled to her feelings however she is not innocent.

  I have used Aardvark since 2014 when our ******* home had termites! They were professional, respectful of our property, thoroughly explained treatment regime and successfully treated our home. We are now pest free and have been for many years! We were never tented. Their system of pest control does work!

  I had complete termite treatment from ardvark and had to have them come back two more times and then on 4th call with more then two months after their expert service ****** said there is no way to get rid of termites completely. Which means they never heard of tenting which is permanent. Terrible service,misleading practice.i have been a home remodeler for 40 years .these folks do what they say

  Well that is a complete twist of words Mr. B. There are a lot of inconsistencies in your complaint. I NEVER said you can't get rid of termites completely, I actually said you can't get rid of them overnight & if you know so much about termites & tenting, you would also know that tenting is not a permanent solution. It is a quick fix & it can work great but so does our process. You don't know how our process works & you would not let me explain it to you, you just wanted to keep hanging up on me. Considering we have been in business for over 40 years and have used this process for that whole time, and that we aren't the only company that does the NO-TENT process, that speaks for itself. We apologize that you feel the way you feel but considering our only bad review is from you maybe that should tell you something. Also we treated the house in the middle of March & you called us back out in April so that's not two months or more then 2 months as you stated in the complaint. You also only called us back two times, not 4. We went out as soon as we could & took care of the problem but again you have no idea how this process works. If you feel so compelled to leave a bad review then please at least tell the whole truth when you do it and please don't twist peoples words to make it sound like we said something we didn't.
