  My son had a poor experience with the staff. This is the first time he has gone himself to change oil and your staff on Sunday, March 16 approximately 12 noon was terrible. My son has no experience in the realm of oil changes. The staff made sure it was an unpleasant process. WHY?? Because the tech failed to explain the process, he began giving hand gestures that my son did not understand. I guess the tech ( in his mind) gave a signal to turn the car off. Not understanding, my son, appropriately, rolled his window down to see what the tech was gesturing. When my son rolled the window, the tech asked in a sarcastic tone do you speak English? ( not sure how a hand gesture relates to speaking English).This is so unacceptable. The tech also wrote the mileage on the window with 5 inch font in a bright pink marker. This was not removed upon him leaving. When I called the store to discuss this incident the person answering the phone was rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, the older man (the rude tech) got on the speaker phone and started telling me that my son was not following directions and was laughing with another worker in the background. This tech went on to say he was the manager and they write on everyones car and do not erase it. This is utter nonsense. My experience has been that most oil change facilities actually clean your windows; not deface them. No experienced adult would put up with such nonsense. Because my son was young, your tech thought he could let his ignorant behavior fly. No thanks. This guy should be fired. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

  The workers there and manager Were very rude and overcharged me after I showed them a receipt from 2 months ago that had the same service done (different location 10 miles away) Very unprofessional, Will never go to a take 5 ever again. Be aware of the scams this place offers.

  Went to Take 5 oil change off SR 64 in Bradenton, fl in March for a regular oil change. Three weeks later my engine seized up and is total bc of no oil in the engine. These two young men were never able to fix my engine oil light, and I did not no there was a leak. I called the company to let them know we are out of a car after coming to you three weeks ago. employees and mangers were very rude.. The store manger said he has filed a claim with his franchise but its been almost a month now and have heard nothing!!! We have requested a video from the day they worked on our car but have not received it yet.. More management and very poor service.. Take 5 corporation can't help out all bc this is Franchised own!! We are a family out 7 and been with out a car for over a month!! Nothing was wrong with our van prior!!!! Never go back!!! Rating would be an F. Don't go there!!!

  Went in January 3 2023 to oil change.
  They Did not check levels as power steering, Coolant, water winshield, tire pressure. I did not have oil cap (I Changed my last oil in the same location two months ago). They did not gave label for next change.
  Furthermore, no manners, no good service at all.
