    I have a 2020 kawasaki mule that broke down in May 2023 I contacted action Kawasaki and brought it to them . Took them just over two months to work on it and then I had to wait for warranty to ok the work. Four months went by and now its been 6 months total there. ******* there service manager never sent anything to warranty I had to get the owner involved and he got it done right away. I got denied warranty and couldnt figure out why. I paid 650 to get it back and when I got it back there was so much wrong. I contacted warranty and talk to them and got the photos that they sent of my side by side. They tore the engine down and let it sit outside and rust and it got me denied by warranty. They didnt even try to protect it from the ******* humid air all summer long. They will try to blame anyone but themselves I have enough proof to show its their fault from the mechanics report and photos they took plus my photos I just want to be made right. The owner and staff really dont care about your stuff when its there. There more too the story but Im not gunna type three pages. I have documented everything from May 2023 till now. I left them a review hoping the owner will make things right but after talking to other customers. I doubt he will. My engine did not suffer water intrusion. It was messed up by a backyard mechanic. Which I was told they dont hire backyard mechanics. I asked around at other shops about there mechanic ***************************** and was told he is a backyard mechanic working at a dealership now. I am ******* born and been here since ****. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. I have a feeling the owner which he has worked there along time and recently took the dealership over is over his head and making sure every customer pays every ***** even if its not the customer fault. Im not the only one. Im sure the bbb is going to get more complaints. Also remember the owner is a real smooth talker

    they have had my jet ski for two years and say they are awaiting parts, I called another dealer and they had the parts in stock. They lie and I would never use them again. Use thew jet ski dealer in **********, honest and reliabel.

    Mr. ****** is mistaken in a couple of areas. Firstly his ski has not been here for 2 years. His ski originally came in for diagnosis of hurricane damage on 11/12/2020. This ski has significant damage including but not limited to Water intrusion in the motor. We diagnosed and prepared an estimate within 5 days and received approval for the initial boil out procedure from the customer 6 days from that date. The ski was repaired for the water intrusion immediately following the customer approval. The repair estimate for the secondary cosmetic and damage to the reverse system was also performed in a timely manner. We prepared the estimate including the parts list and after we received the approval we ordered the parts. We advised the customer that some of the parts were on back order and have been ever since. Unfortunately we have no control over the backorder issue with the manufacturer. If this customer is unhappy with the back order status we have advised them to contact the manufacturer. At this point it seems the customer is unhappy with the back order status and instead taking the issue out on the dealership who does not have control over the issue. This review should be better checked for accuracy and truth before being allowed to be displayed.
