    I contracted with this company about 3 years ago and their work seed good! However, a few months ago I was walking the house I noticed a plant growing out of the gutter! When I went up to remove the plant, I noticed that the gutter center was (in the middle) higher then both sides. I called them and that started the nightmare as it was weeks prior to getting a return and when finally, my call was returned it took weeks to get them out for repairs. When they finally came out they repaired one gutter over the garage that was tilted away from the down spout! However, they told me that they had fixed the side gutter but in fact they did nothing except damage the down spout and refused to come out to repair the damage they had done! When I called them again I was told that there was nothing they could do and refused to even come out and look at the situation! I had no recourse but to find another company that was a problem as the job was too small for any of the 5 contractors came out to quote. (On a side note all five contractors said that this was the worse gutter installation they had ever seen). Fortunately, I had other work to be done so I hired the company that could work both items! He finished the job in less then a day and gave me a separated bill; total bill was $1,094.60 for the Soffit Fascia with the gutter portion being $ ******. On another note, all 5 contractors showed me that from installation 3 end plates were leaking and 1 down spout was damaged by Boxer and they refused to fix any of those issues! I piety others that may contract ****** for gutter installation!!! Finally, I simply asked ****** to send me a check for the cost of repairs to the very poor installation of that section of the gutters. I didn't ever ask him to fix or pay for repairs on the 3 end plates and downspout he, himself damaged!!! FYI, when asked about why he didn't fix the gutter his response was: He said if he pitches it down anymore, the gutter will hang down!!!!

    We had gone to his house twice both times within 10 days of his call. He's had his gutters in stalled since May 2023 and hasn't had any issues. His gutters have been through 2 hurricanes with damage to gutters, soffit and fascia. Our warranty clearly states that we don't cover hurricane damage. And the fact that he hasn't kept up on his gutter cleaning also voids his warranty. He stated in his complaint, "had a tree growing out of his gutters" to keep the warranty valid the customer must keep his ********************** clean and in good working order. If he kept his gutters clean there wouldn't be a tree growing out of them. Since he has neglected his gutters his warranty is now void. He never had any issues until after 2 hurricanes. The gutter system was in stalled correctly without issue for 3 years. I know because I installed it myself.

    I am rejecting this response because: From the beginning: the gutters had problems with 3 leaks from 3 end plates, the gutters over the garage doors was pitched away from the down spout and the side gutter was installed with the center 2 inches or higher and that prevented water from getting to the down spout which remained in the gutter thereby allowing a plant to grow in the gutter and that was the main issue that ****** simply decided not to fix (made up many excuses) the issue. Further, due to his refusal to repair the mis mounted side gutters and refusal to repair the down spout he damaged when he was working on the front gutter, I had no recourse to high another company to repair areas that ****** refused to fix!!! As mentioned in my complaint 5 gutter contractors stated that this was the poorest job on gutters that they've ever seen!!! At this point in time, I'm only asking for reimbursement for the repairs (great job) and have ignored the down spout ****** damaged and the three end plates that were mis mounted on the original installation.

    Further, I told ****** in an email that if he was to reimburse the amount for the great repair to the side gutter that I would not include the 4 leaks (3 end plates and 1 down spout) However, if he doesn't reimburse me and this goes on without payment I'll bring my contractor back to repair those 4 items and add the cost to my current amount now owed!!!
