    Hired to repair expand concrete Driveway Paid in cash 2 payments of $1,300 each. I have paid receipt April 28th 2024 of final payment. I then started getting notices from his concrete supplier ******** Asphalt and Concrete Services LLC, saying he did not pay his bills and they want to put a lien on my home for payment. Sent paid receipt to supplier, said he **** bounced checks for multiple homes and they want to get paid. Sent multiple emails / calls no response. requesting proof (from supplier paid in full) and signed lien release to avoid future issues.

    BACK ON LAST YEAR WE HIRED THE CONTRACTOR BY NAME OF JB CONCRETE LOCATED IN *********, **. THE CONTRACTOR NAME IS ****, **** QUOTE US FOR A *** TO ***** OUR WAREHOUSE PARKING LOT. HE SAID, AND IS ATTACHED, THAT THE WHOLE PRICE FOR THE *** WOULD BE $30800.00. HE ASK TO PAID HIM UP FRONT $20168.00(ATTACHED TRANSACTIONS DONE TO JB CONCRETE). ALL THAT MONEY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR PERMITS, MATERIAL, *** HOURS, ETC. BUT WE HAVENT SEEN ANY PERMITS TO BE APPLIED NEITHER ANY WORK BEING DONE AT OUR PROPERTY, WE TRIED TO MAKE MULTIPLES CONTACT POINT WTH **** AND JB CONCRETE BUT WE JUST KEEP GETTING FALSE INFORMATION, AND PLAYED AROUND.WE HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND AND NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVIDED AS OF TODAY. WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHATS THE BEST WAY TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED AND FIGURE WHAT OUR OPTIONS ARE.
