file complaint is about child safety and health that is at risk at this private school and I think it needs to be thoroughly investigated by CPS and ****************** of education due to a situation with my daughter of being allergic to pineapples which they knew in the beginning before she started. My child recently had an incident 03/20/2024 when she almost ate pineapples and I was not contacted or aware of the situation until my child was picked up by her father from school who they discussed the situation with again we was not informed until the end of the day however I was called on other occasion about my child but they did not call me specifically on this day when my child almost ate pineapple that she's allergic to my child spit it out and the only thing they did was just keeping close eye on my child and that was it. however I was not aware until the end of the day so and while I was at work I had to call them to let them know to please call me when things like that happen and they said that it's okay my child was closer to a hospital they have an EpiPen and Benadryl however prior to the phone call that I made I was told that they was not aware of her pineapple allergy so I'm not understanding why would you give my child any EpiPen or Benadryl if you are not aware I am concerned about my child's health safety at the school and also I would like to point out that their medicines are wide open out they're not put away properly or locked away properly the school needs to be thoroughly highly investigated of unsafety protocols. Also I was not giving a written right up of the incident report they only message me on Jupiter which was after the fact a never once did I get a contact the writer was a message and that was after the fact there's a document below The proper protocol was not professional or followed
