Over the course of 12 months I have sent this company over ****** dollars to do work on my vehicle. I have every transaction and date I sent the money every conversation with the shop. I waited 18 months to get the work done on my vehicle within the first 2 days of having it back the car started having major issues. my fuel system was installed and wires incorrectly the transmission is stuck in park oil pan leaking wires exposed parts missing. I have record of reaching out to the shop to resolve the issue they have blocked me from all social media accounts and have ignored me. I have taken the vehicle to another shop to redo the entire car as I do not feel safe with the work they did.

    Hello,
My name is ***** *****-*****. I am the owner of Ghost Performance, LLC. I am here today because a recent client has made a complaint against my company. They claim that they have paid out $50,000 in car modifications and wants $52,000 in retribution. They claim that we did not make those modifications correctly or safely, and they claim that we have blocked them from our social media in order to avoid their complaints.
This client has not been truthful. He did not spend $50,000 through Ghost Performance, LLC. The majority of parts installed in the vehicle were bought independently and provided by the client. Ghost Performance, LLC has two invoices for this client relating to parts. Invoice #TS8L96FU-0001 is paid in full at $1,834.93, which was for parts and labor,  and invoice #TSAL96FU-0003 for parts and is unpaid for $610.
The client claims that the modifications were not completed correctly, and that is also incorrect. When the client arrived to claim the completed vehicle, he test drove the vehicle multiple times, testing the new speed modifications on side roads before returning to ***** with the vehicle on a trailer. At the time, he was pleased with the results of the vehicle. Then two days after his return to *****, he claimed there were issues with the vehicle. We offered to repair any problems he felt he had, and he declined.
The client then claimed we restricted him from our Ghost Performance, LLC social media to prevent him from contacting us. This is incorrect. He was not restricted so he couldnt contact us. After his decline in repairs, we started receiving correspondence from multiple other clients that the complainant had been contacting them through social media. The complainant started by speaking negatively about the company and was telling customers we would do the same to them. Another customer then informed us that the complainant offered to pay them to also write negative reviews and join in slandering the company to others. The complainant was restricted from our social media to protect our clients privacy and protect them from his harassment.
This vehicle took up storage in my shop until the client was ready to pay for the modifications to begin. I did not put this project on hold. The complainant did. When he was ready for the project to begin, I worked as quickly as I could to get the car completed to his standards. I was unable to work on other projects as the clients vehicle took up that space causing a loss of income. I accepted that and just wanted to make the client happy. The actions of the client have been exasperating and unnecessary. The vehicle was in perfect working condition when it left my shop. He had it for two full days before beginning to make the long list of complaints. Vehicles modified for speed go under extreme stress when raced. I cannot say whether or not the client raced the car or overly tested the car, which led to these problems, but they were not present upon pickup. I was willing to look at the car again and fix any problems that may have happened. The client declined. He did not spend $50,000 on this car.
    I appreciate your time.
