Registered my clean pay app no problem ************ wouldn't read the app.Used my debit card. No problem with washers. Then the dryer in Building number one of Shorecrest towers dryer number three took 5.50 of money from me. The company Kiosoft has multiple phone numbers and promises to call back and so far no response. I've spent a total of almost 30 dollars on laundry when it should've only cost me less than ten.Initial Complaint

The company has refused to refund me my money, I have put in 3 requests to have my money refunded and they have not said or done anything about it. A few months ago they didn't refund me an additional 2$ off some computer glitch they didn't reconcile for me, and then now I have an additional 4$ that I requested a refund on, and they didn't refund me. I live in an apartment complex that has some of their *************** ran washers and dryers, and the dryer 01 is notorious for not drying anything at all, I rang out my clothes LAST NIGHT! because I had to use the damned thing, so I will also want a refund for that as well so an additional 8$ added to my account, it's obsurd that they are just allowed to ignore me, or they think that they are, and that is whybim contacting the better business bureau, these people need to either A put in better machines that don't die or don't work half the time, or be prepared to refund me my spent money when your dryers don't do what they say they are going to, and that's give me dry clothes. My girlfriend had to wear damp clothes to work today, and she was NOT happy. So this is something that needs immediate attention.Initial Complaint

well the company runs our laundry system and fails to issue timely refunds when attempting to request a refund today the software fails to complete task I am owed 2 refunds and today. On 6/13/24, I put my credit card number into the account, and added money into it. When I went to withdraw my card, and to also seek a partial refund because I had inadvertently deposited too much funds into the account, you can see from the screen shots below that I was getting all kinds of run-arounds, i.e., telling me I wasn't connected to wi-fi (which of course I was or the transaction would not have gone through!Customer Answer

The company scams consumers into paying additionally, when using its digital laundry app. A few weeks after having to download this app, the application was updated. The application tricks consumers into paying an additional $0.25 when starting dryers. The dryers are further tampered with, to consume excessive amounts of time. The financial fraud that the company engages in, is not limited to this particular digital app.Initial Complaint

I used Kiosoft's ****************** app to digitally pay for my laundry services at my old apartment at ***************************************************************. The laundry service was **************, and they charged for their services via the **************** app. When I moved out of this apartment in February 2023, I opened the **************** app and requested a refund of the remaining balance of $8.50 on my account # ****************** a couple months, I checked back, but the refund was never made. I tried again, but it keeps telling me: "You have a pending Refund request for $8.50 on your account/CR Card. Clean ********** laundry app by KioSoft does NOT work. When resetting password, it says it will send an email and then NEVER does. My money is stuck in an account they will not let me get to. KioSoft's app *************** refuses to issue a full refund to my account. Per their app, I am entitled to request a full refund of the money I had loaded to the app once I move out of the apartment complex using the app.I was living at ********************************************************************************** when I downloaded *************** to use the laundry machine at the apartment complex. I moved out of this complex on September 1st and requested via email to ***************'s support that I be refunded the remaining balance in my account. My current balance is $9.38 (cash) and a $2.25 bonus. The "bonus" was issued because their app malfunctioned and charged me twice for a single load of laundry.I have been in communication with their team for three weeks and I have received NO resolution and they have gone silent for the past 5 days.They will also not allow me to withdraw the $2.25 bonus and have provided no information as to whether or not they will refund this bonus to my card.I am requesting that both the remaining cash balance and the bonus be returned to my card immediately (a total of $11.63) and my account at *************** be closed. Their customer service is abhorrent and I cannot believe the lengths I am having to go to have a mere $11 returned to me. This is my cash and I deserve to have it back.
