    This vendor was contracted by our community to perform tree trimming services. Absolutely zero care was taken by this business to ensure existing landscaping would be unaffected. Their employees were cutting perfectly healthy palm fronds and allowing them to fall up 20 feet; directly onto the landscaping below. Seeing the damage that was being done, I began recording and have videos documenting the lack of care that was observed. Per our communitys agreement with this vendor, I provided a detailed and thorough breakdown of the damage that was caused and estimate was prepared. That estimate, and the pictures that are contained therein, were taken the day of the damage and clearly show the multiple plants that were damaged by their employees failure to operate with due care. Today, I reached out to contact Mr. ******* to discuss how would like to proceed with replacing the damaged plants. Mr. ******* became extremely aggressive, defensive, and began shouting into the phone. After sending an employee to my home to access the damage. He then called me 5 minutes after his employee left my property to tell me he would not pay me a dime and accused me of being a thief. I expressed my regret that he was unwilling to act as a honorable businessman and requested his official business name, and contact information for his legal counsel. He refused to provide me any information, then expressed that he was done with me and hung up.     ********* tree service was contracted by the association board and the property management. Company for The Place for the annual 2025 Palm and Hardwood trim as we have done for many years. This association consists of roughly 3500 doors, over 3800 palm trees, and over 1800 hardwood trees.  These trees are located throughout the homes,as well as the common areas. ********* tree service does not do anything with shrubs or plants, this work is done by landscapers, only.  Out of all the homes we have serviced,we have only damaged 1 landscape lighting that we replaced.
    After we had finished the community the complainant called our office and said everything was destroyed. We asked if we could come out to the property to see what he was talking about, which he did not want us to do.We explained our policy to him, which he again did not like, but then agreed to allow our ******* to come to the property. Our ******* got to the property and could not find any damage like the homeowner had claimed.  The ******* knocked on the door and asked the homeowner, what exactly he was referring to that was damaged, and his response was everything, just look around.  At this point, the ******* sent pictures and video to *** *******, who also did not see any damage that homeowner was referring to.  *** ******* spoke with the association and explained to them that nothing was wrong on the property.The association then went out and walked around and found nothing either. The homeowner then changed his story from everything being destroyed to it was only two hibiscus, and two agave plants that were damaged. *** ******* went out to the property and looked at the agave plants and the hibiscus, and he found that there was nothing wrong with the agave plants, except for splitting on the leaves, which is very common and yellowing and rot on the bottom leaves due to excessive mulch containing moisture.  As
     you can see from the pictures we have attached that even the Agave plant at the nursery that is that valued at $175 has splits in the leaves, which again is very common.  Johnsons Tree Service just happened to be the unlucky company that was in there doing work when this homeowner has decided he wants new landscaping at someone else's expense. 

    We have many other pictures and videos to substantiate our dispute of this claim.

    Complaint: 

    while ignoring this complaint, the business owner has trespassed on my property, became aggressive when asked to leave, and lacks any sense of professionalism.  Because there is nothing for me to respond to, I am adding this update.  If Mr. ******* fails to address the damage caused my his employees, I will be taking this matter to civil litigation.  This should be a warning to any potential customer, especially community associations.  This contractor takes zero care to ensure their employees do no harm.
