I was referred to Smooth Moving by Bluestar Moving and Packing, First part of the move was 12/8/2023, and the last part of 11/1/2024. It was a big amount, going into storage for over 8 months.Problem is that when everything was being moved from storage to my new house that was done. All the boxes were marked with a room, like Living Room, Bedroom, Garage, Christmas, Bathroom, etc. They where told to make sure that the boxes go into the right rooms, this house is 2 floors. I did not get to check when everything was moved into the house on 11/1/24, because was still waiting for closets to be done. When we did start looking at the boxes, found Christmas box in 2nd flood master closet, kitchen in living room, an oil painting marked Living room in the garage, etc. ****, the owner, said he would come back to move boxes, but I said I do not want his him or his men here again. THEY SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE BOXES THE FIRST TIME, AND NOT JUST PUT THEM ANY PLACE. ALSO, VERY HEAVY BOXES WERE PUT ON TOP OF BOXES THAT WHERE NOT HEAVY, AND SOME ARE PLACED VERY HIGH UP ON OTHER ONES. I AM ALMOST 80 YRS OLD. I WOULD LIKE 1/3 OF WHAT I PAID AS REFUND.
