    I was hired May & completed the onboarding process at the ***** location with ***** reviewing steps along the way, no time to read anything. She said the ************* was a 2 day training if *** saw fit to post me there which he did after an interview, the newly appointed manager for the site Tray (she shortens it for her name) disagreed after telling me it's a 3 day training and informing me day 3 I'm not a good fit. She stated *** was supposed to call me back after she told me at the end of shift the day prior to call him, although previously she had no problem correcting me on mistakes & assuring me it takes some time to get use to things. On the 2nd day a guy arrived for training that says he knows *** for years, Tray wasn't notified, he stayed for less than 4 hours. I had no bad interactions with any residents all while there were multiple complaints she made about them, I later found out the reason I wasn't a fit was because of residents' complaints. Although Tray was more tardy than me the morning of & I called the front desk in advance to notify them which 1 of the 3rd shift guards told me they were going to relay the message, Tray waited until she arrived to let me know I was let go, there were many hassle's I could have avoided since I left the day prior if I was informed correctly. Not long after ***** told me I needed to complete the application again because ADP had an issue, never heard of that occurring and when I went on my account it showed no error, with struggling to make ends meet at night it was easier to communicate by email after ***** became unresponsive by phone & going to the ***** office slightly changed that. She barely respected that request & later told me I didn't fill out the application those 2 additional times (every time it was for a different post), the receptionist at the Boca location told me I have to email **** there's no one there I can lodge a complaint to, this is after I found out that $300 was missing from my check.

    This company is somebody you dont want to work for. They dont pay you in full for your extra OT! Very disrespectful HR from ********************* with employees and have no respect for others on how she speaks to you.Also, Working for ******************* was very difficult felt like discrimination and sexists towards myself and others and didnt have no regard of how he says things making you feel like youre below his level which felt like he wanted to let you know whos in charge. Felt uncomfortable every-time he came to my post and talk about everyone in the book! Messed up on my insurance and had to regard for his mistake, NEVER APOLOGIZED, And basically said he didnt care if they Couldnt change it, and theyll have to cancel like he didnt care what so ever! Just a very bad experience overall working for them. You get no help from higher *** and from boss so its just not a good company to put all your time in to. The operations ran there is not ok how its set up!
