    Touchsuite approved my company for a merchant services account, then revoked this approval a month later after admitting their underwriting team had made a mistake processing our account. They assured me my account would be closed. I have since been charged several hundred dollars in processing fees following the closing of the account. I have contacted the company several times to request a refund and the stopping of future charges, and I have been ignored by the company entirely.

    We have researched the issues contained in the complaint and I can confirm to you that Mr. Wright’s account was closed, and the disputed fees were refunded.
