    My daughter has been extremely sick away at school in *******. I had her see a ** she has seen when she was home in ** and he was able to send her for bloodwork and MRI scans that she chose to do in ******* as she went back to school. The test was done on Thurs, July 10, 2025 and we were told up to 72 hours for results. I have now called and asked for the report in order to get my daughter on proper medications, and I have been told 7 times the report is not done, the radiologist will come in "when he pleases", and there's no way to speak to anyone as a ************** I have to pay for another test as insurance won't pay for a second, I'm concerned for my daughter's health as she has been vomiting and sick, and have to put her through CT **inks and IV all over again.

    We have investigated the complaint and have discovered that the team member processing the calls for this patients guardian was not in compliance with the University MRI Imaging Center protocol. Our Standard Operating Procedure is to document an incident and escalate to management for resolution. Management follows up to confirm resolution in a timely fashion,and if it is not resolved, then additional documentation is required and is escalated to the medical director for final action. The action or lack thereof  was unacceptable in communication and failure to follow protocol. We have taken steps to review and re-train the entire department. The team member directly involved with this case has since been terminated from University MRI and Diagnostic Imaging Center. We strive to provide quality care in diagnostic imaging in our outpatient imaging center.Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint.

    The Exam Report Was dictated and the results were  sent to the referring physician in July.
