    I ordered a battery and charger for a RCA recorder on March 4 2025. Paid $ *****. Order ***** They sent the wrong battery and charger. I consistently told them they sent the wrong items, and they kept saying it should fit. They finally sent the right battery but not the charger. I have emailed them to send the charger. no answer by phone or email.

    Hello, I checked the order. Looks like we responded asking for a picture of the charger but have not recieved a email back. Please send us pictures as the charger should work with the battery.

    At this point please return the order for a full refund. We have not received any pictures and if the charger is not correct but the second battery worked. Please return the charger and the battery that did not fit.

    The suggestion to buy the wrong battery charger and battery was Battery king. They should be responsible to pay for the shipping and handling of the items.
