    I emailed the office with a request for a quote to build a pergola. I included pictures of the area to build it along with pictures of ideas of how Id like it to be look when completed. There was a quick response from ******* ***** saying ***** **** would contact me for the estimate. ***** came for the estimate and forgot samples of aluminum colors to see. He said his kid had gotten into his work stuff and seemed to have misplaced the samples. After taking measurement he was to get back to me with a price. Never received a response. ****** Exteriors salesman is unprofessional and the company seems to be out of touch with their customers. I hope the owner sees this review and contacts me because as far as Im concerned he owes me half a day pay for taking off work to meet his clown of a salesman. The owner, ***** *****, seems to also have lost touch with what customer appreciation is or maybe his back account is big enough to not have to worry about new business. Either way if I were him Id have a serious talk with his estimator on losing business.I have emails to prove I contacted the office for an estimate and a response so I hope they dont respond back claiming just at they never heard of me.UPDATE: the owner of Connor exteriors, ***** *****, just tried to pay me to take this factual review down. So now we know Connor exteriors buys their reviews. What a shame of a company
