    I purchased 10.1 OctaCore tablet on Friday December 13, 2024. The tablet completely stopped working March 9, 2025. The tablet is under warranty. The company has not responded to my email requests for support. When I call the customer support number the message says the only way to get support is via email. I have sent ******* the invoice from the purchase and the serial number of the device. I want a refund because the device stopped working and their products are obviously of poor quality if a new device fails in less than 90 days

    I immediately replied to their email on 3/11/25 and did not receive any response from them so I reached out to you.  I did receive a message from them today and immediately replied with the information they requested/  Thanks so much for your assistance in getting customer service to respond since they have ignored me for a week!!

    I did respond to your previous message explaining that I responded to them.  They have asked me to ship the device to them at my own expense.  This issue has not been resolved.  I still have a three month old device that doesnt work.

    IpurchasedtheLinsaytabletfromtheHSNwebsiteonMay4, 2023 for $47.99 becauseIwantedatabletthatIcouldusemostlytodownloadbookstoread.The order number is **********. After about 2 months the tablet would not turn on. I contacted HSN and they told me since it has been more than 30 days from the purchase date, I would need to contact the vendor.Iinitiallyemailedthe vendor onJuly15,andtheysuggestedafewthingstotry,butthetabletwouldstillnotturnon.They thenprovidedmetheaddresssoIcouldshipittothem,andtheyalsosaidthatthe manufacturerswarrantywasvalidforoneyear.So,ImailedthetabletinthesameboxthatIhad receiveditwhenIpurchaseditfromHSN,andalsoaddedadditionalbubblewrap.AccordingtotheUSPStrackingnumberitarrivedattheFlorida repairsiteonJuly24. Insidethebox,I also put a note describingtheissue,alongwiththePOnumber,andmycontactinfo.After3weeks,Istillhadntreceivedaresponse,andsentanemailonAugust14tofollowup.OnAugust15,theirresponsewassorryforthedelay,anditwouldbeshippedbacktomebythe endoftheweek.Tenminuteslateranotheremailarrived,andtheysaidmyscreenwasbroken,andtherepairwasnotcoveredandthatIshouldcontactUSPostalServicetofileaclaim.Thiswasthefirsttimethatthiswastoldtome,andItoldthemthatinmyemailresponse.Ijustwanteithermyitemrepaired,anewonesenttome,orarefund.It seemsasiftheycannot repairthetabletandwantUSPStoreimbursemeundertheguisethatthescreenarrivedattheir sitedamaged.Canyouhelpme?Ihaveallthesupportingdocumentationandemails, if needed.

    Just wanted to send an update.  Shortly after filing my complaint, I received notification from the company that my 'repaired' item would be sent to me.

    I received a tablet via UPS,  and I believe it's brand new.  Just wanted to thank you for your assistance and saving me additional time and effort.
