    I initially inquired with this business about shipping via plane to *********, *****. They told me they were flying to ***** and I could set up an account and have my delivery to Les Cayes. I set up an account and sent an item for delivery. The item arrived to the warehouse on 10/21/24. I inquired that day how to notate the pick-up person in *********. They noted that once the package showed in the account, I could assign a recipient. A couple days after, I inquired why the package was still not showing in my account. It was at this point they informed me that the package would need to be picked up in **************. I already had a method to ship to **************, but with the gang activity on the roads between it wasn't safe to travel into ************** in order to pick up. I have asked on numerous occasions to have the item returned to me in the ***, and the company refuses to reply. No one ever picks up the phone, their chat support is never online, they do not reply to contact form or email, and they have stopped replying via Instagram messaging. I have spoken with other Americans who are having the same issue - they were told Shippex would ship to the other city in *****, only to be later told they have to travel to ************** to pick it up. The state of the country doesn't permit that, and their service implies that they transport via PLANE to all cities they serve in ***** (which is very possible). I simply want to cancel my account and have my package returned to my home address in *******. (All correspondences have been done in ******, but please let me know if they would be useful for this claim.)
