      Lived under them a couple of years. After we moved out the carpet was cleaned and the walls were spackled. They still charged us about $1000 for things that weren't in the apartment when we started and said that they had to have the place cleaned. Do not live there. They will fleece you.

      If I could give negative stars I would!! This is a horrible company!! For the record we moved out we were not evicted. During our 4 years of dealings with them they were unable & unwilling to do repairs on the home we rented. We hired a cleaning crew when we moved out and paid $600 for them to come back and say we didn't leave the home clean. During the COVID 19 crisis they wiped their ***** with what the world was going through even less their tenants. They made up things wrong in the house that were originally documented at the start of our lease just to keep our security deposit!!! If you deal with Jacqueline ***** you are screwed!! She is a horrible human being!! If you see that this company is managing a home you might be interested in then run in the opposite direction. You are better off living in your car, or in a cardboard box under a bridge. Who ever has given good reviews here must be related to the people that work there!! Stay away!!!
