    April 23, 2025, A company by the name of A-Lynn's window repair recommended B-N-S Building Solutions to repair windows and make screens. *** charged me $65 to check over what was needed for repair and make screens. ****** gave me an estimated cost around $500 for screens and balance rods. A glass replacement and one front door weather stripper was talked about which was not included in estimated price. I asked for an invoice break down of the cost of everything. ****** called me giving an estimate of $1,475.00 I said, "it was too much", so he knocked off $75. To make long story *****, ****** removed a rod from one of my windows and took it with him. After finding out about other complaints against ****** and the estimated price of the balance rods and screens was higher than the original estimate, ****** wanted 50% down, which I texted "I will not put half down". After texting back and forth I texted ******, "I'm not comfortable with this situation anymore, just please return my window part". As of April 28th, ****** still has not returned my window part he took with him on April 23, 2025.

    *** said he would repair the broken awning over the front door. We have a signed agreement, and I paid a 50% deposit on 4/2/24. It is 10 months later, no work has been completed, and he has stopped responding. I am requesting a full refund of the deposit amount, $462.50.

    On January 31, 2023 we hired BNS Building Solutions to order and install new windows for our home and paid a 50% deposit of $6,826. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails not progress was made on our project. In October of 2023 the business owner finally admitted that he only paid $3,288.09 to the window supplier and now did not have sufficient funds to pay the suppliers remaining balance. We contacted the supplier, paid the remaining balance and hired a different installer. We have requested a refund of $3,537.91 (the remainder of our deposit) and have gotten no response.

    On October 7, 2023 we paid being us business solutions for two new windows for our home with a deposit of $750 *** had advised us that the windows would be installed before Christmas in which we did not hear from him until after January 8. When we did touch base he advised that he would connect with us when he physically had the windows in his hands. We have since then tried to call him multiple times with no answer no call back and a follow up. Very disappointed as weve had no communication on our windows or refund. We have had to open a dispute with our bank since he is not communicative to offer us our money back . Would not recommend to anyone.

    We paid him $4,850.00 by check #4158 (which was cashed right away)
    For 14 New Windows (Labor and Material) for our home
    The dispute is after several attempts to call, text and write, he has not gotten back to us or provided what was promised in the Proposal.
    We have asked for a refund since he has not provided the material as promised.

    On January 6, 2023, I gave BNS Building Solutions (BNS) a check for $500.00 (check number ***). The check was a deposit for a window and repair. After numerous follow-ups the repair has not occurred. I requested that the deposit be returned on February 16, 2023 but I have not received the deposit and BNS has not returned phone calls.

    I did accept the repair job to provide and replace an insulated glass unit.  The glass was a special order unit and unfortunately I am not able to control the supply chain delays. Initially weekly updates were provided then I advised I would advise once the unit came in.  There was a delay in receiving the complaint letter as our office moved in February and the mail had to be forwarded.  I have issued a refund for the $500 on check number *****. Unfortunately, I still had to pay for the special order glass unit.
