If I could give AAA minus 5 stars I would! Like Marcy who wrote a review, I have been a member for over 40 years. It took me 2 days and 6 phone calls (including one hang up by an employee) to get my disabled vehicle towed to the garage 3 miles away. Good thing I wasn't broken down on a highway! Service is abominable as is AAA'S computer system which does not provide timely or accurate updates.

Thank you for contacting AAA. We have reached out to the member on multiple occasions to discuss her concerns. We sent her an email on 8/1/2022 and we called and left her a voicemail on 8/4/22. We have not received a response from the member.Review frommarcie r

If I could give them no stars I would. I had a flat tire and called for assistance. They sent someone who took the flat tire off the car and put the spare tire on; however, he also took the tire rod that held the spare tire onto the car. When I noticed something was missing, I contacted AAA. AAA told me there was nothing they could do about it since the garage that came to assist me was an independent contractor. Since my car has a few pieces that hold the spare tire on, I asked if I could bring my car to the local AAA garage so they can tell me exactly what was missing so I could order it. AAA told me they could not make their own garage see me for free and give me that information! She told me that once I figured out what part I needed she would try to get reimbursement for me but since it was a contractor that took the tire rod, she really could not force them to reimburse me. I have been a member of AAA for almost 40 years. I am befuddled as to how little they are willing to do to assist their customers. I am looking for an alternative company.AAA Club Alliance

Thank you for contacting AAA. After reviewing this inquiry, we can confirm that our representative asked ****** ********* to provide an estimate for the replacement of the tire rod. Ms. ********* wanted her tire repaired at our Car Care Center at no charge. Our representative advised we could not authorize the free repair; however, Ms. ********* would be able to get an estimate from any repair facility.
