    To whom it may concern,

    I am submitting this complaint regarding deceptive billing practices by MusicFlow AI.

    On May 16th I received an email from MusicFlow AI stating that my $1/month trial subscription had ended and that my account was canceled. Based on that confirmation, I reasonably believed the account was closed and that no further charges would be made.

    However, weeks later, I was notified that MusicFlow AI attempted to charge my account $49.99, despite the prior communication that my subscription had ended. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I take any action to renew or continue the service beyond the initial trial.

    This is misleading and unacceptable. Attempts to contact MusicFlow AI through their customer support email bounced back, with no way to reach a representative or confirm account cancellation.

    I am requesting the following resolution:

    A full cancellation of my account and any associated services.

    Permanent removal of my billing and payment information from their system.

    Written confirmation that no further charges will occur.

    Reimbursement if any charge was processed.

    If this is not resolved, I will dispute the charge with my bank and report this behavior to the FTC and other relevant consumer protection agencies. This appears to be a deceptive subscription model, with no working support channel for customers to respond.
