      I received an email on a Friday telling me my medication would arrive on Saturday morning. The medication never came, late Saturday. I received an email saying that the medicine would come on Monday. I did get the medicine on Monday and it was warm to the touch, the ice pack inside was warm with no condensation And I immediately called my Start Health who gave me the pharmacy number. I called the pharmacy and was told that medication should’ve been delivered on Saturday as it was sent out on Friday. I called my pharmacist here in Florida and I was told that the medicine is not viable. The temperatures here in Florida were over 95° for three days and this medicine must be kept under 95°, on their refund policy. It says that they would refund my money if I’m not satisfied in 7 days. I called them and they told me I’m completely out of luck. They will not do so. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. I’m completely out of my money with medicine that will not work

      I purchased a three month supply of the GLP-1 diet meditation. Provided my Health Card and was charged $1,119.00. The product produced no results. No weight loss and an additional craving for sugar. I called to cancel the order but the person on the other end hung up the phone. Called back and got a different person with the same result. Yesterday, my Health Card was charged $1,211.10 for another three month supply of the drug. I did not authorize this charge and asked them in a recorded call message to remove the charge from my card. I have since contacted my Health Card Provider, cancelled the cards and ordered new ones. However, MyStart Health second quarter does not start until September 2025. I plan to call everyday until this charge is removed and write to the address provided above.
