    Despite the below average rating, I still took a gamble. The employee took the time to explain everything that the service includes and what yo expect. It's been almost a year and I've seen only a handful of ants. I can't complain.

    I'm trapped in a contract after being told they would provide a one time service and not charge me to cancel afterwards.

    I recommend finding an alternative company.

    After being told at the door that the rep talked to my husband and just needed a signature for service (attempted to call husband but he didn’t answer) that it wasn’t a term contract and we could cancel anytime, today after 3 visits with no clear difference in pest control and attempting to cancel future service I learned I was in a 3 year (or 24 mo the woman continued to fluster over the details on the phone) contract. $300 to cancel. cool.

    The salesperson from eco shield came to the door and asked that they can perform pest control service for half price. They will waive the $300 fee. Once the service was performed and credit card was provided, the sales person signed up for the yearly contract with my knowledge. When recieved a call for next service, i asked i did not signed up for any additional services. The rep told me i will be charged $300 a cancellation fee.
