  This organization is illegitimate at worst and deceptive at best. I ordered a battery two months ago which has not yet been delivered. I gave them two weeks after ordering before I contacted them for the status of the order. They replied that delivery was stalled by supply issues. However, they did not take initiative to inform me of such. They assured me batteries would be shipped in a few days and presumptuously thanked me for my patience. After two more weeks, I contacted them again with a reply that the shipment was on its way. Two more weeks and they sent me a notice that it was shipping by the end of the week. When I had not received the batteries three week later, I asked for another update. They contacted me saying the shipping label had been created - after telling me previously that it had shipped. Still haven't received the batteries. This treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly recommend not dealing with them at all as their communications are lies. I suspect they are leading me on to steal my money in which case I fortunately have recourse. I have not requested a refund, so don't believe them if they say they issued one.

  I recently purchased from nextbatteries.com and am very satisfied with my experience. While it took about 5 days to ship out, they clearly state their 2-7 business day shipping timeframe on their website. The product arrived in great condition and works perfectly. Highly recommend!

  The product ordered was never shipped. Contacted the company three times was was told three times that the order would ship in 3 to 4 days. If they could not fill the order they should have said so, or shown that battery out of stock on the website. It does not seem that they had any intent to ship the batteries. After over a month of their dishonesty I cancelled the order and requested a refund that was never applied to my credit card. I ordered the batteries from a different company and received them in 3 days. I cannot recommend this company.

  I'm Jonathan Freeland, and I've been a customer of NextBatteries for approximately 2-3 years now. Throughout this period, my experience has had its share of ups and downs, primarily stemming from occasional delays in my orders. However, it's crucial to highlight that NextBatteries has consistently demonstrated professionalism.
  
  I've come to understand that NextBatteries specializes in dealing with batteries, particularly Li-Ion batteries, which fall under hazardous materials (Hazmat). Having experience in purchasing from other battery companies, I'm aware that the supply chain for such batteries can be notably slow. For instance, Motorola currently has numerous batteries on backorder for durations ranging from 7-12 months, yet NextBatteries managed to fulfill my order within 2-3 weeks for the same battery.
  
  Additionally, I've taken the time to peruse some reviews, and I share a sentiment with regards to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It appears that BBB has assigned low ratings, such as 'F' or below 'C', to nearly all other battery websites. This has led me to believe that achieving an 'A' or 'A+' rating might require a financial arrangement with BBB.
  
  In summary, I'm penning this review to express my support for NextBatteries and to extend my best wishes to them.

  Very poor service. I ordered 4 Batteries in February of 2023. They kept telling me the batteries will ship in a few days. When I was still getting the same response in June of 2023, I decided to cancel my order. Now I have been waiting months for my refund. Order NG26715A. Ordered in February, cancelled in June. I have been told since June that it will be a few days (3-5 Days) to see the refund. Still nothing. I have called several times, chatted and emailed. I keep getting the same response and yet no refund. It is always "We Apologies for the delay". They also hung up on me when I asked nicely for a supervisor since this matter isn't getting resolved.

  We're a bit puzzled as to why the customer is still expressing dissatisfaction even though we've already processed the refund. At this point, there isn't much more we can do, and it's essential for the customer to take the matter up with their bank if they believe there is an issue. We've made several attempts to communicate with them, including sending two emails on August 22nd, 2023.
  
  Regrettably, the customer's response so far has been to indicate their intention to post a negative review across various online platforms.
  
  Once again, we strongly encourage the customer to contact their bank and initiate any necessary actions on their end.
