    My car was repossessed last night. Before they took it, I asked if I could retrieve my belongings, and the representative said yes. However, when I went to get my keys, he had left. The next morning, I paid $621 to my loan company to have the car released, and they provided me with the repossession company's contact information.

    Initially, my calls went unanswered. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who informed me of a $75 handling fee required at pickup and that I would need to schedule an appointment for Monday, but today is Friday. I requested to at least pick up my belongings, including my child’s car seat and important documents, but the representative hung up on me. After several minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. The so-called manager was rude, interrupted me, and refused to provide any information about the company or the location of my car.

    Since I paid for the repossession, I believe it's unfair to deny me access to my belongings, and I consider this theft. I plan to file a lawsuit due to their rudeness and refusal to allow me to retrieve my belongings.

    Predator repoed my truck on May 25, 2025. I paid my loan off through the title loan Delaware Title Loans on Saturday, the 31st. The title l;oan place said that the repoe place was closed and I was unable to get my car Saturday,Sunday and finally today is Monday the 2nd of june and I still cant get anyone on the phone or pick my vehicle up Delaware title loans and Predatore suck at doing business if you can repoe a vehicle at 3am then you should also be available to return someones property at whatever hour they want it back, not that the hour was 3am when I tried to get it back but a tow place to be closed on Saturday? Sounds fishy!I will never do business with either place again. i didn't want to leave a star rating for they are not even 1 star

    Had an issue with the auto place that sold me the car and the repo guy came to get the car but before we could attempt to get any important things out of the car or try to rectify the situation he tried to drive off with my girl friend still partially in the vehicle and he was threateningly telling me he was going to drive off then did so with the passenger side door and back right side door still open damages need to be seen if any was being harassed the whole time between the 2 companies

    If I could give zero stars I would! I am a disabled veteran who has had my car towed with all my belongings including wallet medicine and braces that I need daily! I called this company and the number texted back with call the office 12-5 as if my medicine and wallet and braces were couldn’t be retrieved. Any business that treats human beings this way needs to be closed down!

    Worse towing company ever!! first towing company I have dealt with that you can’t get your personal belongings from your car, they supposedly have it all ready for you in bags when you arrive just to steal from you and you not notice until you get home, when I arrived home a lot of valuable stuff where missing in the bags included a big heavy men’s color green north face jacket ( what a coincidence that one of the workers that packed my stuff was wearing the same jacket that day). After reading all the reviews now I understand everything.

    Horrible put my vehicle up in the air while I was in the vehicle and then told me to get the F out or I would be arrested!!! I had to jump to get out of my truck because they would not lower it for me to get out.

    This is a HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL “business”. They take people’s vehicles out of parking lots and leave the owners stranded. Not providing a repo order or anything. They ignore phone calls by leaving the number provided by the business turned off, they steal personal property including medications that people need. They do not care how they run their “business” and feel the need to act high and mighty but do not know people’s personal situations or anything.
