    Mr. ****** quoted us $500 for the flooring job which he was able to view before providing his estimate. He then completed the job but invoiced us $625 . He claimed that the extra was for cutting the floor around the cabinets, something he should have know when he provided his bid. We paid him in full on the day the work was completed ,3/15/2025 . Please see the attached estimate and invoice.
    The last LVP board that he installed has come loose and we called to ask him to re-install the plank. He informed us that he could not do this because at this time of year all he does is renovations. He then had his flooring person call us. we had a business like conversation where he told us his minimum was $275. I said that this was a repair and that Mr. ****** should pay for this. He said that he would call Mr. ****** and see how he wanted to handle this. I said thanks.
    I then received a text from Mr. ****** that I was rude to his flooring person and that he wanted nothing further to do with me .I called the flooring person and apologized for any miscommunication. None of my phone call were returned. All I am asking is that the repair be completed without further cost to me.
