    We contracted this company on May 29, 2025. It was to build a website. There was a time frame, due to circumstances the person we were working with knew the importance to contacting the main party, but did not as he was asked. Sometimes unable to reach. In choosing not to use this company we have had no call backs or return emails about our desire to receive a refund. There is the website building, the hosting and maintenance. One big issue was not aware until we contracted this company they were not out of our state; it was advertised as so. All we want is monies we put in, because the design was already established, we can negotiate on the design part. Due to this inconvenience we have to contract someone else. Very bad customer service when no one from company calls you back.
