    Back on April 14, 2021 **** Evans Paving resurfaced my driveway. I have a signed contract with a 2 year cracking warranty from **** ***** *** Unfortunately, I have cracks on the edge of my driveway and have attempted to contact **** Evans with no success.

    Beginning on May 13th of this year I have called, emailed and texted approximately 8 times. During my various attempts, I received one return phone call and one text stating a crew would be out to fix my driveway. The first phone call back to me was on 6/6/22 and **** said a crew would come out within a week but no crew showed up. My final and 8th attempt to get someone out to my property was on 10/5/22 and I received a text on 10/9/22 stating a crew would be out the next day but yet again no crew showed up.

    I have phone records of my attempts, email records and text records which can all be provided if necessary. It's been 6 months now and have been more than patient. I'm looking for assistance to get this resolved.

    Hi ***** it’s **** ***** responding to your complaint,First thank you for your patience so sorry you got overlooked we have multiple crews and unfortunately sometimes this can happen and I thank you for your patience,if you would like we could set up a time to meet and go over the areas and at same time can schedule the repair,the driveway is fully covered under warranty and we will make this right for you,Please let me know what time works for you,Thank You

    Better Business Bureau:**** ***** met with me today (3/13) at my home and told me his crew would be out next Wednesday 3/25 @ 9:00 am to address my concerns (weather pending).  Upon completion of the work I will consider my complaint satisfactory to me.
    'm reaching out as a follow up to complaint ID 18371493.  **** ***** has addressed my concerns appropriately and I am pleased with his resolution. 

    I would ask that you please close off this complaint ID and also request that this does not impact his reputation or rating with the BBB.  **** followed up in a professional manner and resolved my concerns. Please reach out with any further questions.
