    **** ******** (KK)7 reviews This was the worst towing service I have ever encountered the-guy started to tow our car out from 7pm till 11 pm, He just got stuck deeper, and deeper into my yard! And he then had to call one of his friends to help get him out, In which he was driving a small SUV trying to get out a long flat bed, That didn't work, So he called for another tow truck to help get him out! By them it was 12am, I had to go to work the next morning!So couldn't wait up! I saw that my yard was demolished! I had called the company, and ask if they were going to fix it! I was told by the person that answered the phone they were not, because they provided a service! He told me to wait till the spring, and let them know how my yard was doing, he also told me it could be a little project myself, and my family can do! I don't have any family! No my family should not have to do anything!!Nor should I! And we still didn't get our car out! Another company had to come get the car out, And did so in twenty minutes! I need my yard repaired at least when the spring gets here!

    On May 20, 2024, Always Towing & Recovery was engaged by ******** PD to tow my son **** ********** vehicle after he had passed away. The car is a 2017 Infinity, Q60, and ********************** Number ********, VIN ***************** and was towed from DC ********** ************** 30, ************* ************************************************************************** to your lot at *************************** During the course of the towing process, the vehicle sustained significant damages (large dent) to the hood. I was forced to pay $1,000 deductible to our insurance to have the hood fixed. I asked Always Towing & Recovery to reimburse the $1,000 but so far they have ignored my request.
