Upon arrival of our pickup spot, we waited a total of 30 minutes before we were even able to board the bus. On the app it says that boarding begins 15 minutes before departure, however, our bus was 15 minutes late and it took another ****************************************************** 100 degree heat. When we finally did board, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that our bus had no AC. One of the crew members came around and gave us waters, only to find out there would be no refills unless we asked our tour guide who seemed rather upset by my asking because it interrupted her singing, which was also an unpleasant surprise because she would rather sing than to tell us about all of the historic spots that were listed on the website that we would see. She even admitted to not knowing anything about them because she doesnt even live in ** and is from ********. Also to add, our first tour guide got so hot she ended up over heating and another tour guide had to take over for the remainder of the trip, who by the way, acted as if she had no clue what she was doing. She had a script in her hand and started to read it but then gave up within minutes after trying to tell us information about the *********** as we had already passed it. On top of that, as we ate our food, we came to find out that it was unappetizing to say the least. The cake pop was raw, the cold sandwiches were hot, the bread was hard, and hardly anything was edible. Some of them we were genuinely too afraid to eat in worries that we might get food poisoning. To keep that trend going, they ran out of one of the tea flavors, and as we did get some tea, we never even received half a cup full to drink. There was no sugar, no honey, nothing like that. And even if we wanted hot tea, which we didnt because it was 100 degrees out, they still never offered any of it.All this to say that this is probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever had while exploring a new city.
